Matahari Terbit has been built in the old Balinese style, consisting of 20 ground-floor apartments, reception, water tower, temple, swimming pool and beach restaurant, directly on the seashore. Further we opened a new wellness area (called ‚Spa' area), led by Japanese specified personnel.

Located on the beach front along the fringers of Nusa dua in Tanjung Benoa on the southern trip of Bali, surrounded by lush tropical gardens with magnificent view of Indian ocean.

• A deposit of 1 night is required upon booking and balance must be guarantee maximum 15 days prior to arrival.
• Incase of cancellation a written notice must be received at least 4 days prior to arrival otherwise one night cancellation fee will be imposed automatically.
• No refund if departure earlier then schedule.
• Check out time : 12.00 noon, check in time : 13.00 hrs, 50% charge for day use until 06.00 pm onward
