- Pick up transfer
* From the airport to hotel additional cost US$ 35 / cars.

-High season policy
* Dec 20th - Jan 15th will apply an additional of US$ 24/room/night
- Check in time is 01.00 NOON - Check out time is 12.00 AM
*We can not accept a booking if a the guest arrives in Denpasar (the airport) after 2.00 Pm - The drive north is at least 3 1/2 hours.
* The 20 minutes boat trip to the resort must be carried out in dayight for safety/comfort reasons.
* We suggest that if guests arrive after 2.00 Pm They stay at either Waka Maya, Waka Gangga or Waka di Ume.
- DAY USE; From 12.00 PM - 06.00 PM will be charge 50% off
- Children policy
* Under 12 years old FOC sharing with parents
-Extra Bed
We have sofa bed in the room.
we do not provide any extra bed for adult ( three adults or tripple) We recommend to request a seperate room.
- Hospitality
Fruit basket and flower arrangement will be given to honeymooners.
Afternoon tea at 16.00 - 17.00 at the pool or restaurant.
Complementary snorkeling in front of the resort.
- Other activities at the resort with additional cost
Diving center, snorkeling to menjangan island, sea kayaking, sun rise boating, Health spa and beauty treatment, Traditional balinese massage, beach walking or other island activities, sailing catamaran ( hobby cat-size) . Day trip, sightseeing to Singaraja.
-Cancelation Policy
One night accomodation if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior arrival. No show full charge will be applied automatically.
